I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University with a specialization in children and adolescents. I aim to cultivate a safe, inclusive, nonjudgmental, and trusting environment for all clients to feel heard. While I implement a wide range of therapeutic strategies, I prioritize a mutually collaborative, culturally responsive approach grounded in a trauma-informed lens. I have a strong background in communications and understand that every person has a unique story that deserves to be heard.
Although my clinical emphasis is working with children and adolescents, I focus on inner child work to help adults interrupt painful cycles, heal attachment wounds, and reach a place of acceptance. I welcome all age ranges from all demographics and hold space for the complex intersections of identity and the impact of oppression, shame, and systematic marginalization in mental health.
