My name is Katie and I am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker. I have had a wide range of experience in both the social work and mental health fields. Most recently I worked as a Youth Community Support Specialist providing crisis intervention, parenting support, emotional support and coping skills building with pediatric clients of all ages. I also have experience in working with intergenerational families as they navigate family needs and aging adults. I have extensive experience with crisis management and utilizing community resources for improved client care. I am excited to be taking on new clients in private practice. I enjoy working with all age groups (child, adolescent, and adult), and am looking forward to bringing my clinical skills to your therapy sessions .
I utilize a variety of techniques including: cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help my clients reach their goals. I utilize my versatile experience to provide clients with a highly personalized approach tailored to their specific needs. I am also excited to work with couples to explore their relationship and grow together as a unit. I look forward to helping you find happiness!
